An embodied outdoor experience exploring grounding and support through movement, breath, awareness, Nature, and connection.
September often brings a shift in pace. Schedules change, demands gather, and life begins asking something different of us.
ROOT is an invitation to return to the foundations that support how we meet those demands.
Through movement, breath, awareness, and Nature, we’ll explore what it means to feel supported—not by stepping away from life,
but by finding greater support within it.
Feet to earth. Breath to body.
Returning to the foundations from which we move.
Each Wellness Walk unfolds gently, following a simple rhythm that invites you to arrive, notice, and move with greater awareness.
Through gentle walking and movement, breath, body awareness, Nature, and an embodied question that accompanies us along the way,
we'll explore this month's rhythm through experience.
We'll close with time to reconnect and notice what you might carry with you beyond the walk.
There is nothing to achieve, keep up with, or get right.
Simply arrive as you are, with curiosity about what you might notice.
After registering, you'll receive an email with everything you need for the morning, including our exact meeting location, what to bring,
and any seasonal updates.
You don't need any previous experience or preparation.
Each Wellness Walk stands fully on its own.
Just come as you are. We'll begin together from there.

There is no perfect way to experience a Wellness Walk.
You may notice your breath, the feeling of your feet meeting the earth, something in the environment around you—
or something entirely unexpected.
Whatever you notice is information.
