A year-long embodied experience exploring, month by month, the rhythms that shape how we feel, move, respond, and live — guided by the cycles and seasons of Nature and our body’s natural design.
An experience you can step into, wherever you are.
You may already be doing many things to support your wellbeing.
And still, you may sense there is more to understand about what truly supports your body over time.
The body has always lived in relationship—
with light and darkness,
movement and recovery,
nourishment and rest,
the changing seasons,
and the natural world to which we still belong.
Modern life hasn't removed those relationships. It has simply made them easier to overlook.
Seasonal Rhythm is an invitation to begin noticing them again.
Across twelve monthly themes, you'll explore the body's natural rhythms, the conditions shaping everyday life, and simple embodied practices that help you work with your body rather than continually asking it to work around you.
You don't need to wait for January.
The journey begins wherever you are.
Seasonal Rhythm enrollment opens October 10.
Step into the journey through the seasons with RELEASE | Letting Go, beginning October 21.
Each month brings a different aspect of our relationship with the body into focus—through a theme, an embodied question, and an invitation to notice what is present in your own life.
There is nothing to master before moving forward.
One conversation naturally informs the next. What you discover in one season can quietly travel with you into the one that follows.
Over time, you begin to recognize the relationships between movement and recovery, effort and replenishment, your inner rhythms and the changing world around you.
What begins as something you notice can gradually become something you know how to live.
There is a natural slowness at the beginning of the year.
The body is not ready to be pushed forward yet. It is still coming out of a quieter state, and there is value in allowing that transition rather than overriding it.
This is a time for gentle re-entry.
For listening before deciding.
For letting awareness lead, rather than rushing into direction.
Embodied Question
Who are you becoming — before the world asks anything
of you?
As the year begins to take shape, there is often a pull to
move outward.
But the body does not sustain that well without support from within.
This phase invites a return inward. A steadiness that comes from self-trust, from clearer boundaries, from feeling supported before energy is directed elsewhere.
What is built here becomes the base for everything that follows.
Embodied Question:
What does commitment to yourself look like beyond resolutions?
There is a subtle shift as the season changes.
Energy begins to return, though not all at once. You may feel moments of readiness alongside moments of hesitation, and both are part of the process.
This is where movement can begin again, gently. Circulation increases, tissues respond, and the body starts to re-engage in a way that feels supported rather than forced.
Embodied Question:
What is ready to move, when your body feels supported?
As movement returns, the body begins to ask for support in
how it moves.
Alignment becomes less about correction and more about relationship. A way of understanding how your body organizes itself, and what allows it to move with less strain.
From here, movement begins to feel more efficient.
More easeful.
More supported.
Embodied Question:
What does your body need in order to move with ease and support itself fully?
When the system feels supported, it becomes available
for more.
Strength begins to build, not through pushing, but through readiness. The body can adapt in a way that feels sustainable because the foundations are in place.
This is where capacity grows in a way that can actually
be held.
Embodied Question:
What becomes possible when your system feels safe enough to grow?
There is a point where movement begins to feel different.
Less effortful.
More fluid.
More connected.
The body is no longer something you are working on. It becomes something you are moving with.
There is space here for lightness. For rhythm. For a sense of ease returning.
Embodied Question:
What does joyful movement feel like now?
Even in seasons of fullness, the body needs steadiness.
This is where pacing becomes important. Where the ability to stay connected to yourself, even as life moves quickly, begins to shape how you feel day to day.
Support is not something you return to after.
It becomes part of how you move through.
Embodied Question:
How do you stay resourced when life is full?
What has been built begins to settle into something repeatable.
Not through discipline, but through patterns the body can maintain.
There is less need to push. More awareness of what actually supports you over time.
This is where rhythm becomes something you can
rely on.
Embodied Question:
What rhythms truly support you long-term?
As the external pace begins to shift again, the body looks for grounding.
A return to what is steady. What is supportive. What feels familiar in a way that allows you to stay connected, even as demands increase.
This is where the body becomes an anchor, rather than something that is trying to keep up.
Embodied Question:
What supports you as the pace of life accelerates again?
OCTOBER — RELEASE
There is a natural movement toward letting go.
What has been held, physically or otherwise, begins to soften when given the space to do so.
This is not something to force. It happens when the body feels supported enough to release what it no longer needs.
And in that, space begins to open again.
Embodied Question:
What are you ready to shed?
As the year begins to draw inward, there is a
quieter phase.
Experiences begin to settle. The body starts to make sense of what it has moved through, not through thinking, but through feeling.
This is where things begin to land.
Embodied Question:
What has this year taught your body?
There is a return to stillness.
The system moves toward restoration, toward safety, toward a pause that is not empty, but deeply supportive.
Nothing needs to be pushed here.
This is where the body restores what it needs, in its
own timing.
Embodied Question:
What does safety feel like in your body right now?
The journey through the year is not simply about moving through twelve conversations.
Over time, awareness deepens. Understanding grows.
What once felt like individual moments can begin revealing itself as part of an ongoing relationship—with your body, the changing seasons, and the conditions shaping everyday life.
Seasonal Rhythm is designed to support that unfolding.
One month at a time.
Wherever you are.
You are doing so much to take care of yourself.
Putting genuine effort into your health.
Trying to support your body well.
Continuing to show up for the people and responsibilities that matter most.
And yet, despite everything you're doing, something still feels more effortful than it should.
Your body doesn't quite soften and let go in the way it used to.
Your breath stays somewhere in the shallows, until something suddenly reminds you it's there.
You move from one thing to the next until the pace itself begins to feel normal.
And somewhere along the way, you begin to sense that your body may be working harder than it needs to.

The body is continually responding to the conditions in which it is living.
The pace we keep.
The quality of our sleep.
Our relationship with movement.
The balance between effort and recovery.
The environments we move through.
The opportunities we create for stillness, restoration, connection, and time in Nature.
Individually, these experiences may seem small.
Together, they form the conditions your body is responding and adapting to every day.
And it is often these ordinary conditions that quietly shape our experience most profoundly, simply because they are present day after day.
What becomes possible when the conditions of everyday life begin working with the body's natural design, rather than asking it to continually work around them?
Each month begins with one theme and one embodied question.
From there, the month's exploration unfolds through five simple parts—each designed to deepen understanding while bringing what you're discovering into lived experience.
An opening perspective that invites you to notice something differently.
Short guided teaching exploring the body's natural design and how it responds, adapts, and organizes.
An exploration of the everyday rhythms, relationships, demands, and environments your body is continually responding and adapting to—and how they may be shaping how you feel, move, recover, and function.
Simple guided movement, alignment, breath, nervous system, and awareness practices that allow you to experience what you’ve been exploring—and notice what becomes available through your own body.
A reflection and invitation to notice what you want to continue, support, or return to—carrying what feels meaningful forward, so that each month becomes part of a deeper rhythm of awareness, relationship, and everyday life.
Seasonal Rhythm unfolds through a blend of guided exploration, embodied practice, reflection, and connection — designed to be experienced in your own time and carried into everyday life.
Everything is held within your Seasonal Rhythm online space. Each month, you’ll find short videos for each of the five parts, along with supporting resources and practices to help you explore the month’s theme in ways that feel relevant to your life.
Each new part also arrives through email, giving you another way to step into the experience — wherever you are.
A Monthly Live Gathering
A live Zoom experience that brings the month's theme off the page and into deeper exploration through guided conversation, reflection, and embodied practice.
There is something different that becomes possible when we experience this work together. Hearing another perspective can illuminate something in our own experience; a shared practice can help understanding become felt; and being present with others reminds us that we don't explore our wellbeing in isolation.
You're welcome to participate in the conversation or simply listen and experience. Each gathering is recorded and added to your Seasonal Rhythm space, so you can return to it whenever it works within your life.
Everything is held in your Seasonal Rhythm online space, with each new part also arriving through email—so you can move through the experience in a way that works within your life.
There is no catching up. Only somewhere to return to.
Again and again, both in my own life and in the people I was supporting, I found myself returning to the same questions...
What allows the body to move beyond simply coping and begin functioning from a steadier foundation?
Over time, I began to understand the body differently—not as something existing in isolation, but as something continually responding and adapting to the relationships, rhythms, and conditions shaping everyday life.
My years in the world of Physical Therapy also shaped this understanding—working with the body through many different lenses, while supporting people through movement, breath, alignment, nervous system awareness, and a whole-person approach to wellbeing.
My own experiences brought that understanding into sharper focus.
Through challenges on the path to motherhood carrying more than I ever imagined, walking alongside my husband through his cancer journey, and more recently supporting my parents through illness, loss, and profound life transition, I witnessed how deeply the body responds to the seasons we move through.
As I began listening more closely to these rhythms, I could recognize their echoes within my own seasons.
And I began to see those same patterns in the people I was supporting.
Many were already doing so much to support their health. Yet what became increasingly clear was that wellbeing isn't simply about introducing another intervention or asking more of the body.
Sometimes it is about becoming more aware of the conditions the body is already responding to—the pace we live at, the demands we carry, the quality of our rest and recovery, our relationships, environments, movement, and connection with the natural world.
And beginning to notice where those conditions might become more supportive.

Seasonal Rhythm grew from that understanding.
A way to bring awareness, movement, breath, alignment, Nature, and embodied practice into an ongoing relationship with the rhythms and conditions of everyday life.
Not as another routine to follow, but as an invitation to understand your body differently—and learn how to work with its natural design within the reality of your life.
The changes are often subtle at first.
A growing awareness of how your body is responding.
Patterns becoming easier to recognize.
Breath feeling more available.
Movement feeling more supported.
A different relationship with pace, recovery, and the demands of everyday life.
Greater clarity around what genuinely nourishes you—and what quietly depletes you.
And over time, perhaps something deeper:
A growing trust in your body's ability to respond, and a clearer understanding of how to support it.
While every experience is unique, many people begin noticing subtle but meaningful shifts
in how they relate to their body, their wellbeing, and the rhythms shaping daily life.
“I’m noticing more clearly where I hold myself in a ball of tension.
I can feel my alignment now, and where old patterns are still pull me out of balance.
When I return to the Manubrium Lift, I feel more supported and steady again.
I can actually see what is around me when I do this!
I hear Lisa’s words in my mind:
pause, tune in.
I use the tools, and I feel ease begin softening through my body.
I remember to look up from the kitchen sink and out into the light and Nature beyond my windows (‘Raise your gaze’ she says).
I remember that I do not need to force myself into the race of the daily frenzy when I return to my own rhythm.
I am practicing this daily, and I can feel it changing the way I move through life.”
-PR
“I thought of the alignment shift —
the Manubrium Lift —
for the first time this morning.
My breath eased and deepened.
My shoulders dropped.
My gaze lifted.
Wonderful stuff…”
-SK
“I had never really thought about rhythm in terms of my body before.
But when I started practicing the small shifts Lisa teaches, I began noticing so much more.
I realized how often I had been forcing myself into the pace, expectations, and timing of what I thought daily life demanded of me.
Now I am beginning to see that when I pay attention to my body, everything feels more supported and efficient.
The layers of extreme tension are beginning to soften, and I feel more connected to myself and more in control.”
